Introducing our Director of Nursing - Lisa Rowe

We are proud to welcome a talented new addition to the Foundations Health Solutions family, Lisa Rowe. Rockland Ridge is Foundations Health Solutions' brand new skilled nursing facility in Belpre, Ohio. We are prepared to bring quality care to Belpre by providing the Culture of Care that our company is known for. At Foundations Health Solutions we pride ourselves on being not only a provider of superior care, but an exemplary employer. With core values of compassion, integrity, and empathy, we continue to define the long-term care industry. As a company, we set ourselves apart from the competition by providing a management team that is culturally advanced in handling residents' needs, staff needs, and families' needs.



Lisa Rowe joins us with 27 years of Long-Term Care Experience under her belt, which she has spent caring for many different patients with unique circumstances. While she is a newcomer to Foundations, she believes deeply in our mission and is ready to uphold it with passion, knowledge, and drive.

A 2002 nursing graduate (RN) of Hocking College, Lisa has a loving husband, two wonderful adult children, and one grandchild. When she is not enjoying her time with her family, she likes to curl up with a good book.
