151st Barlow Independent Fair

When our locals think about fall, they think about the Barlow Fair! We like to show our values through our actions. Participating in community events and feeling like one family is an extension of our Culture of Care. This is the backbone of the attitude, fortitude, and drive to provide quality care to the community, above all others.

Rockland is a proud sponsor of the 151st Barlow Independent Fair, Ohio's oldest independent fair! Rockland sponsored the 4H and youth classes with trophies. Rockland's Admissions Director, Cherise Offenberger, judged the Open Pleasure Horse Show last Sunday, which had classes for all ages and experience levels.



"I enjoyed judging the horse show. I love seeing how much fun the kids have and how proud their family and friends are by watching the show. Every competitor demonstrated exemplary horsemanship skills and positive gracious attitudes. The trophies were just icing on the cake. They were such a well-deserved award for all the kids' hard work," voiced Cherise Offenberger.

Rockland Ridge loves to be so involved with our Belpre community. We're looking forward to participating in more events this upcoming fall season!
