Employee Spotlight: Rebecca Seesholtz

For the past six years, Rebecca Seesholtz has been a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse with the company. She first began her journey at our sister facility, Hickory Creek, before transferring to Rockland Ridge when we opened in 2021. With 16 years of nursing experience—including eight years in long-term care and time spent as a nurse’s aide—Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and heart to our team every day.



What she loves most about her job is caring for our residents and making a difference in their lives. Her dedication ensures they receive the highest quality care, and the meaningful relationships she builds with them make her role even more rewarding.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and capturing life’s special moments through photography.
