Employee Spotlight: Madison “Madie” Emerick

At Rockland Ridge, we believe that it’s the compassionate hearts behind the care that truly make a difference—and Madison Emerick, lovingly known as Madie, is a shining example of that.



Madie has been part of the long-term care field for just two years, but in that short time, she’s already left a lasting impact on the lives of our residents and her fellow team members. As one of our dedicated CNAs, Madie brings not only skill and professionalism to her work but also warmth, kindness, and genuine care.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Madie shared that it’s the meaningful relationships she gets to build with our residents that keep her going. Helping them through their day, offering support, and simply being there with a smile makes her role incredibly rewarding. She also values the incredible teamwork and support she experiences from her coworkers, which makes Rockland Ridge a place she’s proud to call home.

Outside of work, Madie enjoys shopping, hiking, and spending time with her friends, family, and boyfriend. And here’s a fun fact that gives her even more charm—she’s a proud cat mom to five cats, including an adorable dwarf cat that’s full of personality!
