Employee Spotlight: Helen Gregory

Say hello to Helen Gregory, a dedicated member of our Dietary Team at Rockland Ridge! Helen has been with us since June 28, 2021, bringing years of experience in long-term care. She began working in dietary in 2001 at Glenville and later continued her career at The Willows in 2012. Over the years, she has also gained experience in housekeeping and laundry, showing her commitment to resident care.



Helen finds joy in dressing up for the residents and making sure they have everything they need. You can always count on Helen to go all out during our “dress up” days. She never fails to impress! She takes great pride in her role and always goes the extra mile to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly, and meals are prepared with care.

When she’s not at work, Helen enjoys spending time at the river lot with her boyfriend, cherishing moments with her family, including her grandkids and great-grandkids, and working in her garden. She also has a passion for canning and making pickles, corn, and sauerkraut in stone jars, keeping traditions alive. Another hobby of Helen’s is collecting Dr. Who items. She is always on the lookout for something she can add to her collection.

We are so grateful for Helen’s hard work, dedication, and the warmth she brings to our residents every day. Thank you, Helen!
