Therapy Success Story - Flossie

Rockland Ridge's Therapy Department is shining our spotlight on a recent success story from Flossie Jude! Flossie admitted to us after some medical issues that required Occupational and Physical Therapy in order to safely return home with her husband.

Flossie came to Rockland Ridge after having pneumonia and sepsis. She was dependent on all care, including eating, transfers, walking, bathing and dressing. By using the skills she was taught in Occupational and Physical Therapy, Flossie is now able to walk independently with her walker and complete her bathing and dressing tasks with set-up assistance.



We are proud to announce that Flossie can now safely return home with her husband! She is looking forward to watching the leaves change color from the comfort of her home. She is also very excited to go out to a restaurant with her husband. We are so honored to get her back to her prior level of function.
