Employee Spotlight: Nicole Black

Please join us in welcoming one of the newest additions to our team—Nicole Black! Nicole joined Rockland Ridge just one month ago as part of our Housekeeping Department, and she’s already bringing a spirit of kindness and care into the building.



Though new to long-term care, Nicole’s heart is in the right place. When asked what she enjoys most about her work, she simply said: “Loving others.” That compassion shines through in everything she does, and we’re so excited to have her with us.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her children and raising them up in the Lord. Her faith plays an important role in her life, and she’s proud to share that she loves Jesus and her church.

We’re blessed to have Nicole as part of our Rockland Ridge family, and we look forward to the many ways she will continue to brighten our halls.
