Join us in welcoming Chelsea Holsinger as our Administrator of Rockland Ridge! At Foundations Health Solutions we pride ourselves on being not only a provider of superior care, but an exemplary employer. As a company, we set ourselves apart from the competition by providing a management team that is culturally advanced in handling residents' needs, staff needs, and families' needs.



We are proud to announce that Chelsea will be serving as Administrator of Rockland Ridge. Chelsea has been part of the Foundations Health family since 2017, and we are thrilled to watch her continue to grow with us in this role. She first found her calling for administration back in 2014, although she has been working in healthcare since 2012. With extensive experience in HR and Business Office, Chelsea holds two degrees: a Bachelor’s in Health Service Administration and Long Term Care Administration from Ohio University (2012) and a Master’s in Business Administration from Walden University (2020).

Chelsea cares deeply about her family, her husband (high school sweetheart!), and her 3-year-old son and enjoys spending most of her time with them. She is also expecting and is eager to welcome a little girl this October!
